He was born at 2/7/1932 in Ezbet EL Borg - Damietta.

He finished his secondary school studies at 1950 (from Damietta secondary school).

He graduated from faculty of law (Cairo university) at 1954.

He got the master's degree in politics and international law at 1960 from Colombia university (USA) at 1960.

He is a diplomatic, active, prominent legal, cultured, intelligent and gifted author

He was the adviser of the foreign affairs to the president Gamal Abd AL Naser at 1960.

He attended with him the first conference for non alignment in Belgrad.

He was a member of Egyptian mission to the united nations between (1955-1960).

He worked in research department in the ministry of foreign affairs, also he worked in the office of international diplomatic corps and a member in the Egyptian negotiation team with USA during Henary Kessanger attendance after 1973 war.

He returned to New York as a first secretary of the mission to the united nations between (1962-1965)

He worked in the office of Minister of foreign affairs between (1965-1968)

He was an adviser of Egyptian delegation to United Nations between (1968-1972).

He was the manager of the general security office of Arabic University and the manager of  Arabic Organizations Administrations between (1974-1977)

He established and managed the administration of political planning in the ministry of foreign affairs between (1977-1979)

He was an ambassador of Egypt in Pakistan between (1979-1980), also he was the representative of Egypt to United Nations in Geneva, also he was the chief of Egyptian delegation  to disarmament conference 

He was an ambassador of Egypt in one of the most difficult hestorical periods of American- Arabic relationship

Now, He is the chief of the union of New Damietta mayors

Also he is the chief of the largest cultural library in Egypt (this library was established together with the Fesher organisation)

He was chosen as amember in aboard of trustees of Literature and modern science  university (private university)

He is writing his memoirs under the title of:
(with Egyptian diplomacy from Suez war to Gulf war)
